Found on Tuesday 11 August in the morning by the second-floor left tenant, who reported a stain on the bathroom ceiling.

What this estimate changes
2 100 euros excluding tax is above 1 600. The file therefore falls in the bracket where an expert assessment is compulsory: an appointment is needed, and the absence of that appointment is what we will chase if nothing moves.
What the estimate leaves out
Leak detection. It is covered with no excess and does not count towards the threshold: costing it separately avoids pushing the file artificially above 5 000 euros.
