What the repetition says
Three gaps in four weeks, all on the same northern round. Two of them happen after 5pm. This is not a driver problem, it is a loading slot problem: the Lille customer's window leaves no room for the break.
What was done with the finding
Record handed to the driver on 12 August, discussed and signed. Lille loading slot to be renegotiated before the end of August. If the round stays as it is, the next record will show the same rows, and this time the company will no longer be able to say it did not know.
