Two things to check before you validate
Light gardening falls to 54 hours, against 61 last quarter. Two quarters of decline are no problem in themselves; a registered activity performed zero hours for a year is.
Staff count is flat at nine, but two left and two joined. This field does not see it, your annual qualitative report does: that is where it will have to be said.
