Hello, Something to plan for, and it concerns you directly. The simplified VAT scheme disappears on 1 January 2027. In practice, your annual return and your two instalments stop, and you move to quarterly filing. It is not an option, it is the regime that applies below the thresholds, and you are well below them. What changes on your side: nothing in what you pay overall, everything in the rhythm. Your documents will need to reach me four times a year instead of once, by 10 April, July, October and January at the latest. What changes on mine: I will send you a reminder ten days before each deadline for the first year. After that we will see whether you still need it. A final annual return is still due for 2026. I am handling it and I will come back to you with the exact date. One thing only to decide on your side: who, at your end, pulls the quarter's documents together.
